We accept ALL our members of the guild to enjoy the game and have positive guild experience as such we have mandated few GUILD POLICIES as GENERAL RULES for governance. Any contravention to these GUILD POLICIES may result in disciplinary action ultimately ending in potentially being removed from the guild.
1. Please TREAT OTHERS as you would like to be TREATED!
2. In General Guild Chat our expectation is that conversations will be G-Rated. This is a large guild with many people from all walks of life that participate and play the game. We rather not have to deal with complaints of abusive behaviour or foul language.
3. Do not beg for GOLD or NINJA items in any of your guild and non-guild activities while in WOW. IF proven and caught this will be an instant dismissal from the GUILD! As members of TE our expectation is that everyone carries themselves with pride, commitment and loyalty to the Guild Banner and any actions one partakes in has consequences on how the guild as a whole is looked upon.
4. Please utilize the Guild Bank RESPONSIBLY. the Guild Bank is NOT a free-for-all. IF you plan on using items please also donate items of equivalent value back into the Guild Bank! The TE Guild Bank will be monitored by the Guild Officers and any abuse will not be tolerated.
5. Please utilize Ventrillo/Curse Voice RESPONSIBLY. Guild Groups will get priority when utilizing the Ventrilo server. We encourage our Guild Members to be social and hop into Ventrilo/Curse from time-to-time to chat and get to know each other!
6. Any in game channels (I.E. Healing or DPS, etc.) will include the GM of the Guild at a very minimum. The GM and Leaders will have access to ALL Guild related activity.
Guild structure, ranks and responsibilities, roles

Guild Master (GM): Overall guild diplomat. Responsible for the over welfare and raid progression. Enforcer of guild policies and procedures. Delegates guild responsibilities. Cultivate relationships with other guilds and GM’s. (GM usually has a list of current progression guilds on the server with a GM or other name associated with it for contact purposes).
Guild Leader: Accessible to all guild members both in Ventrilo and In-Game. In charge of order and discipline amongst the ranks. Involved in all major guild decisions that are brought to the table. The Leaders are directly involved in the promoting/demoting process of key members of the guild. Guild Leaders generally hold additional duties such as Recruitment Officer, Raid Lead, Web Site Manager, Facebook Manager, etc. This rank is also in charge of the Guild when the GM is away.
Leader: (Roadskii) Recruitment Officer/Inter Guild Ambassador, Facebook Manager, Website Manager, Guild Administrator, Guild Raffle Administrator.

Guild Hero: (Honorary Rank) This person has made significant long standing contributions to the guild. This individual may or may not be active in the current expansion but has a notable standing within the guild. Greytank will nominate the individual that receives this honor. These are Veterans of Timeless Endeavour that are honored and respected for the contributions they have made to the guild over many years. The rank is meant for people that are not currently active in the game.
Guild Officer (Officer): : Ensuring guild dungeons/achievements are met. Continuous contributors to guild funds and materials. Be the first line of defense for issues that arise in the guild and forward them accordingly. Ensure the guild has plenty of resources (i.e. gems, enchants, food, potions/flasks, etc). The Officer maintains positive relations with the community of the server. All max level alts will be required to be in the Guild to maintain and ensure loyalty.
Officer Alt: This rank is strictly for officers or Guild Leadership alts so they have access to inviting people to the guild or accessing the guild Officer chat without being on their mains.
Contributor (Previously known as Profession Leads): This is the rank used for anyone that “contributes” to the guild in some way (food, flasks, profession mats., etc…) Members of this rank can be taken in and out over time as see fit by the Guild Leadership. This rank will have Guild repairs open to them as well and other kick-backs that will be discussed.
Guild Raider: These are people that “raid with the guild”. If you can’t make raid for any reason, make sure you send the Raid Lead an in game mail of dates/times you cannot attend.
Member: Any person in the guild at max level that conducts activities on a day to day basis in a casual manner.
Leveller: A member of the guild that it anything below max level. Rank or promotion is automatic to Member rank once they reach max level. This rank is also held by new members of the guild.
Inactive: Rank is soon to be renamed to “Initiate”. This rank will be for all new members into the Guild. This is a probation rank set for up to a week after joining to ensure they are going to stay. Also to ensure bank items are secure from poachers.

All promotions or demotions will be handled in a matter of hierarchy. For example; deciding on new Officers will be conducted by the GM and Guild Leaders. Contributer ranks and below will be decided by Officers on up.
<!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->All issues will be handled at the lowest level possible and escalated up the ranks as the situation deems necessary. It is the sole responsibility of each and every member of the guild to help promote a fun and drama free atmosphere.
<!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->If a current Guild Leader or Officer are inactive in the guild for a period of 90 days or more, that individual will be demoted to a rank deemed fit by the GM until he/she return and is then re-evaluated.
Raid Information

Roll if you don’t have the mount and want it.
Patterns:
All Patterns go to the Guild Bank and then will be given to the Guild Member that is responsible for that type of profession for the Guild.
Loot:
Loot is handled by EPGP and Grey will be the Loot Master for Guild runs.
AddOns: This is a current list of addons that will be required to have for raid.

If anyone want to raid with another Guild or pug, they are able to but they will be a member of TE and not that other Guild.
